Since its inception in 2009, NYCM’s Distressed Asset Advisory Group (DAAG) has been using its expertise and experience to help Lenders and Special Servicers with their distressed assets. Individuals at NYCM have been appointed as Receivers and Property Managers in Federal & State Courts. NYCM has also worked on numerous assignments in bankruptcy courts. DAAG has become an one stop shop for all the requirements of the court appointed Receivers. DAAG helps the Receiver from the qualification stage, to managing the asset, submitting monthly reports and through the final accounting.
